Description
Good fishing and swimming. Bring 4WD if you want to join in a drive. No cell phone coverage. Directions from Waikaka: Head northwest on main street toward Clone St, continue onto Wendon Valley Rd, turn right at Greenvale Rd, slight left at Leithen Rd, turn right a Switzers Rd, continue to Hukarere Station Rd. Address: E A McIntyre, 919 Hukarere Station Rd, Heriot. Stop at cattle stop and park on grass by the river.
