Fee: $48 per vehicle. This covers National Advertising and overnight parking for Fri, Sat, all day Sun to 5pm. Fee must be paid with your registration. Early arivals & staying on Sunday night, a special fee of $ 6.00 pv / pn van will be payable to Venue.

CLOSING DATE Friday 187h September 2010Late entries will be accepted but will incur a late fee of $10.00 and will not be included in the catalogue.

Catalogue printed with basic details of registered vehicles. Supply only, but all, of the following details: Your name, Type of vehicle (e.g. Bus/cabover/5th Wheeler), lenght, vehicle rego, contact ph. number.

Include stamped addressed envelope for your entry pass etc.

Vendors: You are your own sales people so please provide your own signs and details of your vehicle

Note: No parking for sale late comers on roadside outside the venue. Public / buyers parking only.
