Certified Self Containment
This scheme helps our members become responsible campers.

A self-contained motor caravan is designed to completely meet the ablutionary and sanitary needs of the occupants for a minimum of three days. Fresh water for drinking and cooking is stored in tanks. Waste water is collected in waste water tanks and disposed of via a dump station. Self-contained vehicles protect the environment from indiscriminate dumping of waste, and give members more freedom when travelling.

New membership requires self containment of your vehicle within three months. To assist with self containment, your membership will provide access to the largest network of testing officers in NZ.

Technical Advice
To promote vehicle safety we have a team of Technical advisors on hand to provide free advice. From seatbelt requirements to vehicle modifications.

VTNZ
Members can enjoy WOF discounts on motorhomes,cars,trailers and motorbikes nationwide.   There are now 85 VTNZ testing stations and nearly all carry out Warrant of Fitness inspections. Well over half of the stations also carry out safety inspections on the heavy vehicles of New Zealand. VINZ
