The New Zealand Motor Caravan Association Inc. collects and stores Member information at National Office, 4 Graham Road, Takanini, Auckland so that we can supply a range of services.

Member information may be given to outside contractors (mailing houses), for the sole purpose of efficient mailing of the Associations bi-monthly magazine The Motor Caravanner. These companies are strictly prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.

Member information can also be supplied to: Rothbury Group Limited/ Covi Insurance (“the Insurer”) to enable them to market, promote and advertise the Insurer’s products to members; and to FNF Fuels to market the provision of Mobil and Caltex branded fuel cards for use throughout New Zealand for Members.

We impose strict conditions on organisations with which we may share your information. We will not sell trade or rent your information to another organisation.

You may have previously elected to have your contact details recorded in our Membership List. If you wish to have your details removed, you should advise us in writing. Further, your contact details may be provided to the Area Secretary of your Area for related purposes, such as for the purpose of advising up coming rallies and circulation of Area Newsletter. If you do not wish your private information to be used in this way you should advise us in writing.

Both our Privacy Policy Statement and our long-established Association procedures commit us to keeping your information safe. We use appropriate safety measures and technology to ensure your information is protected. We review and update our security measures as appropriate.

Knowing our Members helps us provide a better, more personal service. If your personal details change (such as your address, phone number etc) please let us know, with your help we will keep your information up to date.
