SIXTEEN WINERIES pared with NINE EATERIES offering festival goers the opportunity to sample some of the regions finest wine matched with food produced by some of the regions award winning chefs using locally sourced ingredients.

THREE bands performing throughout the afternoon will provide a wide variety of entertainment catering to all tastes.

TICKETS will be STRICTLY LIMITED and will sell out early when they go on sale from Monday 21 NOVEMBER 2022 so make sure you sign up to our database through our website (www.harvesthawkesbay.com) for Early Bird ticket sale advise or to link to our ticket sales page.

MOTORHOMES

A designated parking area will be available adjacent to the site for all self-contained motorhomes. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Sites are free of charge, but registrations are essential so that we can ensure sufficient space for everyone. • Booking a motorhome site does not provide you with access to the Harvest Hawke’s Bay Wine & Food Festival. Tickets for the Festival must be purchased separately.

● Your motorhome and/or caravan must be fully self-contained.

● No tents to be erected on the site.

● Access to the motorhome parking area will be closed overnight on Friday the 31st March so please ensure that you are on-site by 9pm when the gates will be closed. Gates will reopen at 7am the following morning.

● You will remove all rubbish from the site that you bring/create, leaving the site as you found it.

● You understand that there is no electricity, running water or facilities available in the motorhome park.

● You may bring food and beverages for personal consumption in the motorhome park only. Food and beverages are not to be taken onto the Harvest Hawke’s Bay event site.

● Pets are permitted in the motorhome parking area providing they are on leads at all time. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed within the Harvest Hawke’s Bay event site during the festival.

● You understand that at the sole discretion of the Harvest Hawke’s Bay event management or landowner, should you not adhere to the terms and conditions laid out above you may be asked to leave the site immediately.
