From delicacy to disgusting, challenge your tastebuds and try everything from homegrown Huhu Grubs and Mountain Oysters to international tasty (vegan options will be available).

Those with a creative flair can enter Feral Fashion - a wearable arts style competition! Get ready to #WearYourWild, create a piece of environmental eleganza out of the flora and fauna, and mode it on the Feral Fashion runway.

Certified Self Contained Motorcaravan Parking

Where is the overnight parking?

Westland High School, located at 140 Hampden Street, Hokitika - only 500m from the festival. Parking for Certified Self Contained Motorhomes & Caravans is available on their:

  • Old Netball Court 
  • Front of the gymnasium - close to toilets and showers
  • Front of main building - suitable for extra long motorhomes and buses (Limited spaces!)
  • School Field - suitable only for motor vans and vehicles that can navigate steep driveway

Are there facilities available?

There are plumbed toilets and hot showers available. 5 minute walk to Cass Square. No powered sites.

When can I arrive?

From 10am Friday 8th March and must leave by 12pm Sunday 10th March.

How much is it to park for the weekend?

$45 per person. Minimum 2 night stay, payable at the time of booking. Credit cards and direct credit accepted. No refunds.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are allowed at the campsite. Owners MUST pick up and dispose of any mess their pet has made.
