The highlight of the local summer event calendar, the Katikati Avocado Food and Wine Festival, is happening on Saturday, 13th January 2024 at the Uretara Domain, Katikati from noon til 6pm.

Expect great food, the best wines, lively entertainment, excellent company, product displays, kitchen demonstrations and children's attractions in the tree-lined Uretara Domain in Katikati, the Avocado Capital of New Zealand.

The festival is family-friendly with activities for the kids, along with avocado-inspired cooking demonstrations in the kitchen gazebo and a diverse range of avocado-themed food and beverage vendors on site.
