TTR is back... but the ‘T’ is now Te Aroha 

Exciting news for all NZMCA members. TTR is back but there is one big difference, we are moving to Te Aroha! There will be no change to the established format that was the 'Timber Town Romp'.

Where: The Silver Fern Farms Event Centre / Boyd Park Te Aroha 

What a lineup we have for 2023 

Friday 27th October 

Back by popular demand “The White Goat Band” will rock your socks off 

Saturday 28th October 

The ever-popular Highland Games, the Hamilton Pipe Band, and the piping in of the Haggis  

For the afternoon's entertainment, we have The Flaming Mudcat’s one of New Zealand’s most dynamic and exciting bands with a style that will have your toes tapping in no time 

Saturday evening “Landslide” the best Fleetwood Mac tribute band in New Zealand 

Sunday 29th October 

For the afternoon entertainment, there is Annie Gong an orchestra in an accordion  

The evening entertainment will be the ever-popular “Harmonic Resonators” - get up and boogie or sing along. A great band to complete a weekend of the top entertainment 

Bookings are now open for the Te Aroha Town Romp, which is to be held at the town's Silver Fern Farms Event Centre from October 27 - 30, 2023.

There are no door sales, so members can simply pay the $60 per person entry fee by direct credit to:

Payee: NZMCA Waikato

Bank: Westpac

Account Number: 03 1568 0002409 01

Reference fields: Name, membership number; and TTR.

That is all you have to do, the organizers do not send out receipts. 

After parking at the Silver Fern Event Centre head to the registration area and the team will identify you by your name and number as having paid. Then you will be given the weekend's program and relevant H&S information.

Cancellations made 72 hours in advance of the event may be entitled to a refund. Any refund is at the discretion of the Committee. Cancellations to Lorraine Hancock 021 044 3858 or email [email protected]

• Entry to the parking area will be available from 9am on Friday October 27. If you want to park with your friends you will need to come in together. 
• Gates close at 7pm. Open again at 9am on Saturday. 
• Do not park in Stanely Ave on the Friday morning while waiting to come in. This is a busy road with 2 schools on it.
