The event is a weekend of country music, artists of all ages. 30+ acts, including top artists, and songwriters.

Excellent musicians. It is run non-stop, with artists performing several times each over the weekend, and featuring 3 showcases of many of NZ's top country music singers, writers, and musicians. It is a fast growing event, and tickets are limited. So get in quick.

Certified Self Contained Motorcaravan Parking

Park up only 45 metres away from the venue!

Kiwi country music star Craig Robertson has organised a suitable space 45m away from the Workmen's Club that can accomodate a large number of self contained Motorhomes and Caravans.

Space available corners of Pahau and Kirkwood Streets, Thames.

There will also be a shuttle ferrying festival goers around the area, so don't fret - transportation will not be an issue.

How much does it cost?

  • Parking for the whole 3 days of the weekend is $10 per vehicle, per night (you must stay the 3 days)
  • Flexible parking will cost $15 pv/pn if you're planning on staying one or two nights.

When can I arrive and when do I leave?

Parking for the Thames Country Music Weekend starts on Friday morning, and ends on Sunday night/Monday morning.

Where is the parking?

Space available corners of Pahau and Kirkwood Streets, Thames. There will also be sites available by the Proud Mary Restaurant and Steamy Sisters Apparel.
