Voting will predominantly be carried out electronically. However, members can choose how to vote, either electronically or by post (although we would prefer you to do it electronically) – just log on to the Members Portal on the NZMCA website and use the Publications and Preferences option to update your choice.
While you are there please check that your contact details are up to date.
Nominations are called for the following positions on the NZMCA Board:
• ONE (1) President – the retiring President is Bruce Stanger
• TWO (2) Board Members– the retiring Board Members are Sharron King and Brian Stanley.
Both the President and Board positions are for a three (3) year term. The retiring President and Board members are eligible to stand for re-election. Nominations opened on Monday 7 October and close at 12 noon on Friday, 8 November 2019.

Prospective candidates are reminded that Board members are not able to nominate or second candidates and should acquaint themselves with the code of conduct and campaigning guidelines in the candidate handbook once it becomes available.
The Notices of Motion will be voted on by members along with Board positions in January 2020. All members will receive a copy of the Notices of Motion with their voting pack in January, either by post if they have requested paper-based voting, or by email. Full details of the voting process will be in the December/January Motor Caravanner and updated online at that time.
