While the Travel App has the same features and functionalities for both IOS (iPhones and iPads) and Android (Samsung, Huawei, etc.), how it appears in these mobile operating systems varies in terms of design and layout.
This is not a booking system. It does not guarantee availability of parking space because space in all current NZMCA parks is still on a first come, first served basis.
Yes you do! Members must register their contact information and pay their park fees on arrival. This requirement is for health and safety purposes, to ensure park fees are paid prior to departing, and enables a member to temporarily reserve their parking site.
Yes you do and it will be issued by Geozone/Outdoria Pty Ltd/Campermate
If a payment has been made in error and you would like a refund, kindly send an email to [email protected] with a description of the error.
Make sure you have adequate data or are connected to a working wifi. The payment system does not work off-line and if your device has inadequate data or a spotty wifi connection, you wouldn't be able to complete the payment process.
