Your privacy is important to us that is why we have committed to uphold the Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1993.
The New Zealand Motor Caravan Association Inc. collects and stores Member information at National Office, 4 Graham Road, Takanini, Auckland so that we can supply a range of services.
Member information may be given to outside contractors to enable efficient mailing of the Association's publications and communications with members by postal or electronic means. These contractors are strictly prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.
Member information can also be supplied to: Rothbury Group Limited/ Covi NZMCA Insurance (“the Insurer”) to enable them to market, promote and advertise the Insurer’s products to members; and to Kiwi Fuel Cards to market the provision of Mobil and Caltex branded fuel cards for use throughout New Zealand for Members.
We impose strict conditions on organisations with which we may share your information. We will not sell trade or rent your information to another organisation.
Your contact details may be provided to the Area or Special Interest Group (SIG) committee of your Area (or SIG, where relevant) for relevant purposes, such as for the purpose of advising up coming rallies and circulation of Area or SIG newsletters. If you do not wish your private information to be used in this way you should advise us in writing.
Both our Privacy Policy Statement and our long-established Association procedures commit us to keeping your information safe. We use appropriate safety measures and technology to ensure your information is protected. We review and update our security measures as appropriate.
Knowing our Members helps us provide a better, more personal service. If your personal details change (such as your address, phone number etc) you can update your contact information, preferably on the Members Portal, or alternatively by email or phone call.
