This release includes the new listing indicator, future filter enhancements and other minor enhancements.

When I tap on More to go to any of the website links, it's asking me to log in again
This used to be an old issue wherein even if you're logged on the app, it still tries to verify your membership by asking you to log in again. In most cases when you do, it doesn't work and comes up with a prompt 'there was a problem with the data submitted, please resubmit form'. It seems that this issue has come back. If you're affected by it, try this fix -delete the app completely, change their password, reinstall app and login again. It's not guaranteed but worth a try. If the issue persists, email us your details, your iPhone's make or model and the iOS version (you can find this in settings/About - iOS Version)- email to nzmcaapp@nzmca.org.nz
I've used the app for more than a minute, but it's still not updating automatically; is something wrong?
For as long as you can tap on the Sync Now button and it updates to the current date and time, you should be fine. It's no different from having to wait for the automatic syncing. However, our original intent was for the syncing to happen automatically so we're looking into it at the moment.
There was a POP I went to just last month and now it's gone- what happened to it?
Only active sites are displayed so it's possible that the site is no longer active. Sometimes you'll see a 'Temporarily Not Available' image, meaning that the site is currently unavailable but still listed. Get in touch with the Travel Directory team- traveldirectory@nzmca.org.nz- to enquire about a site.
Can I renew my subscription/membership here?
Yes you can; tap More then Members Portal; tap Menu then Membership Details
I need to find a self-containment officer; where can I find one?
Tap on More and at the bottom, tap on Self-Containment Officers.
I'm logged into the app, but when I tap to go to Members Portal under More, it's asking me to log in
Check if you're using Samsung Internet as your default mobile browser. The app currently does not work with this browser that is available on Samsung devices. All you need to do is simply change your mobile browser to Google Chrome, which is the native browser for Android devices
