They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the written permission of the NZMCA. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
Protecting your membership login details
In order to ensure that your membership login details remain secure we recommend the following:
• Do not share your login details with non members or friends
• Keep your membership card in a safe and secure place
Content and advertisements on other websites
This Site also provides links to and content from other Internet sites and resources. Because NZMCA has no control over these sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that NZMCA is not responsible for the availability of these external sites or resources, does not endorse and is not responsible for any content, advertising products, services or other materials on or available from these sites or resources. NZMCA cannot promise that external Sites will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.
Data protection and privacy
Any details that you provide to us from which we can identify you, are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We try to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
The NZMCA offers an array of publications and products that cover the motor-caravanning lifestyle. From comprehensive maps, travel guides to exclusive member-only items, the NZMCA has something for everyone, whether for members or for the general public.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping costs are already included in all the product prices.
2. The NZMCA does not currently ship overseas. Members and non-members can still arrange for overseas shipping for some items; please contact the National Office should you wish for products to be sent overseas.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. Orders made between 8AM – 1PM on weekdays are normally processed and posted on the same day. Orders made after 1PM weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are normally processed and posted on the next business day. All items are posted either by NZ standard post or courier (depending on item type) and delivery times may vary.
2. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Purchased products can be returned, subject to the following conditions only:
All products purchased on this site can be returned if damaged or faulty.
If you wish to return or exchange purchased items send an email to trading@nzmca.org.nz explaining the reason for the return/exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you decide to cancel an order please send an email explaining the cancellation (send the email to trading@nzmca.org.nz).

We do not in any way, store or use information on your credit-card. Payments are processed on DPS secure gateway
