Friday 11 September
2.00pm Venue open for setting up
2.30pm Kiwi Auctions Collectors Unreserved Auction viewing – Onsite
3.00pm Collectors Auction Starts
4.00pm National Live Auction Viewing – Onsite
5.30pm Hall Closed to all
6.00pm National Live Auction begins
Saturday 12 September
7.00am Hall is open for continuation of setting up
9.30am Setting up to be completed
9.50am Official opening
10.00am Doors are open to the public
12.00pm Venue open for collectors
1.00pm Judging of exhibits commences
4.00pm Hall Closed to the public
4.30pm Hall closed to everyone
Sunday 13 September
9.00am Hall opens to all Collectors
9.30am National Delegates - onsite
9.30am Hall opens to the public
3.00pm Hall closes to the public
3.00pm Take down exhibits/Sales tables pack out
