We are excited to announce the 2027 Hurunui Race & Gala Day will be held on Saturday 30th January 2027.
Get your family and friends together for what is sure to be another highlight in our community calendar!
Lots of great entertainment together with the races, as well as many food/beverage and craft stalls to tempt you! Free children’s entertainment will be available all day. There will a bar, and shopping stalls, and Fashion on the Field contest. It's fun for the whole family
Proceeds this year will go to the Ronald McDonald House.
Entry: $20 per Adult, Kids under 12 free.

Certified Self Contained Motorcaravan Parking
Certified Self Contained vehicles are welcome to park up for the weekend!
Arrive anytime from 12pm Friday 29 January and please vacate by 12pm Monday 31 January.
$40 camping fee per vehicle (payable on entry) for up to 2 nights. A sticker for your windscreen will be provided upon entry.
Portable toilets will be on site
No pets allowed as this is a working racecourse
