Back in 2018, George and Jocelyn Tuahine decided it was time Taranaki held a Country Music Festival.

Over the years they have gracefully learned how to improve and in 2027 the festival will be back for it's 10-year anniversay at the Waitara War Memorial Hall.

The 10th Anniversay Festival will be held February 19-22, 2027 .

Programme:

Friday
Busking Competition: 10:30am - 11:30am
Open Mic: 1:00pm - 4:40pm
Showcase: 6:00pm - 10:15pm

Saturday
Open Mic: 9:00am - 11:45am
Invited Artists: 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Showcase: 6:45pm - 10:30pm

Sunday
Open Mic: 9:30am - 3:00pm

Tickets:

Certified Self Contained Motorcaravan Parking

Secure parking for self-contained motorhomes and caravans will be provided at Waitara Central School grounds opposite the venue.

  • Parking is $20 for 4 nights
  • Toilets are available 24/7
  • Arrive from Thursday 2pm and depart Monday morning 
  • Small pets are ok within the school grounds but aren't allowed in the hall.
  • Your parking ticket will need to be purchased in addition to your festival ticket
