By using the Park Custodian Portal, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy govern NZMCA’s relationship with you in relation to this functionality.

NZMCA grants you permission to access and use the information on the Park Custodian Portal. You may only use the information provided to assist you in carrying out your Park Custodian duties. No other use is allowed.

Privacy

All personal information collected by the NZMCA is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and NZMCA’s Privacy Policy. You must abide by the Privacy Act 2020 and the NZMCA's Privacy Policy when using the private information obtained from the Park Custodian Portal.

If you are unsure please check with National Office before using or sharing any information. For example, you cannot look up a members contact details and provide them to another member, even if they claim to be a friend or relative.
