Directions: From SH2, enter Kairua Rd then right onto Welcome Bay Rd for 4 km then left into Kaiwha Rd. From Hairini, enter Welcome Bay Rd. Travel 7 km to turn right into Kaiwha Rd. POP entrance is 0.3 km up on the left.Additional Info: The gate has a code.  Kitchen, BBQ. Access to a tidal river at bottom of property. Easy walking/biking tracks around the forest gardens and other parts of the property. Welcome Bay Hot Pools and Kaiate Falls, are a short drive away. Pāpāmoa Heritage Park 10-min drive, Pāpāmoa Plaza, 12-min drive, downtown shopping Taurang, 17-min drive, Laundromat, 4-Square and Petrol Station 5 min drive. There are plenty of dump stations in the area.This is a working farm and we have animals, which are all penned in. Our ducks and the cat, however, roam freely.Restrictions:- Booking Essential - Pets must be on leads or in cages at all times.- Pet poop must be scooped up and taken away.- NO handling, feeding or chasing the farm animals.- We are closed for one week every year from June 19 to June 25 as we prepare for Matariki New Year Celebrations.

Directions: Hulme Drive is located at the west end of Ōkaihau on the right hand side. Follow Hulme Drive down until it turns into residents access only. We are number 7 - the second drive on the left. There is a post with a bronze 7 on it. We are situated on the ridge of the Waihou Valley which means you'll get epic views and stunning sunsets. We have a dog called Coco (Spoodle) who will probably come for a visit. The site has a slight gradient (if you want to best views!). Restrictions: No dogs.
