Welcome to New Zealand’s first dedicated Second-hand Motorhome & Caravan Show

We know the dream of owning a brand new motorhome or caravan is out of reach for many, and we also know that the outdoor lifestyle is becoming more and more popular, especially for families.

This is an event for true pre-owned vehicles. They must have had at least 1 owner to qualify to exhibit as a second-hand vehicle. This makes this the best place for you and your family to find the motorhome or caravan that you have dreamed of, and best suits your needs and your budget!

However, this show is about more than just motorhomes and caravans. From satellites and outdoor furniture to the ideal kitchen gadget, all will be waiting for you at the show. Along with theatre presentations about everything you need to know about buying a second-hand vehicle.

Show Hours

• Saturday 2 November 9am - 5pm
• Sunday 3 November 9am - 4pm

Entry Price

• Adult Single Entry: $10 (no re-entry)
• Children (16 years and under): FREE if accompanied by an adult.

We're excited to announce a Event Park & Stay site for the show. The site is an easy 10-minute walk to the show entry.

Located at the Rear Field of Taupo Nui-A-Tai College off Opepe Street.

Prepaid parking is available ($30 per vehicle per night), NZMCA Taupo volunteers on site to park you, and rubbish bags provided. Sorry no pets on site.

Friday 1 November from 2pm onwards to Sunday 3 November (exit by 4pm)

Taupo Nui-A-Tia College Rear Field

Event Park & Stay for show attendees only. First in, first served.

• The Event Park & Stay will be open for arrivals from 2pm on Friday 1 November.
• You must be off the grounds by 4.00pm on Sunday 3 November.
• The cost to stay on-site is $40 per vehicle per night prepaid - Parking wardens will sticker your vehicle on arrival to indicate payment has been made.
• Prepaid parking bookings can be made by Emailing an enquiry to [email protected]. Bookings will be open from the 23rd August and close on the 29th October.
• Casual parking may occur if spacing permits. Casual Parking will be determined by room after prepaid bookings
• Motorhomes and Caravans must be certified self-contained - no self-containment - no entry permitted 
• There is no fresh water or waste facility on site. 
• Due to limited space, Health & Safety aspects and emergency vehicle access, the use of awnings is discouraged. If use is essential, they MUST be retracted when leaving your vehicle.
• No pets allowed
